The 11th Meeting of the APT Wireless Group (AWG-11) was held from 14 to 17 September 2011, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The meeting was organized and hosted by the Asia Pacific Telecommunity. The objective of the AWG-11 meeting is to consider the progress of works up to date and approve new outputs.

Prior to the AWG-11 Meeting, a meeting of the AWG Correspondence Group (CG) on IMT Sharing Studies was held on 13^th September 2011. The CG on IMT Sharing Studies are dealing with the “Implementation Issues Associated With Use of the Band 698-806 MHz by Mobile Services”. The outcomes of the CG was submitted to AWG-11 meeting for approval.
