$109 for a standard room with private bath on unsold inventory if you reserve the room for the same or next day arrival. Valid for 1-2 people, additional person $20.
$129 for any apartment on unsold inventory if you reserve the apartment for the same or next day arrival. Valid for 1-2 people, additional person $20.
For the remainder of the 2013 summer season:
- $10 off all standard rooms and studio Apartment per night
- $20 off one and two bedroom apartments per night
Ask for a bag breakfast the previous day if you leave before 7:30 the Next day. No smoking inside building or on decks. This practice will result in a cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted in designated areas at least 15 feet from the building, thank you. Please be considerate of other guests during late arrivals and early departures.
