Table from forest GIS database is constructed consisting of keycode of the forest plot (site code, plot reference), latitude and longitude of the plot center (UTM projections in meters) and forest parameters. For mangroves, five first columns correspond to biomass values (leaf, branche, trunk, total 1, total 2). Then, values for DBH, trees heights and density are given distinguising mean values from dominant trees values. Year of inventory, sampling area and growt stages are also indicated.
The list is not exhaustive and can be easily adjusted. Coding forest parameters names is to be further discussed for harmonization between mangroves and rainforests.
