Email a Support Ticket
Sending a support ticket is as easy as sending an email. Please submit support tickets for specific website or booking engine issues not covered in the online Wiki articles. Be sure to include your website address and a detailed description of your support request.

You MUST be a regstered site administrator or registered in our ticketing system before sending requests. Please contact us to be registered in the ticketing system.

Phone the Support Center
For immediate issues that cannot be resolved using the Wiki or Support System, call the Alternate Image
support office at 386-310-2001.
Support hours are 9 AM to 5 PM (EST), Monday through Friday
Closed for Holidays: New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Follow phone prompts for emergency after hours support.

Forgot your password?
Go to your Open Hotel login page and select "Click here if you forgot your password" to have it emailed to you. Not sure where to login? Your initial confirmation email will have your login website address and hotel number.
