I think the first step was i just wore knickers (undies) around the house with no top
around my parents. They didn't seem to get bothered by it and then not long after that
i just started walking around nude :)

I was about 14/15 when I started wearing just knickers. The first time I was in the
shower and just thought I would walk out and then I just started doing it from there.
I'd walk out the shower put knickers on ans then go get lunch. That's how it all started.
It was really freeing.
Well when I walked around the house topless for the first time they didn't really say
anything. It never really got brought up. I think mum asked me once why I was walking
around without a top on and I said why not? And that was it.

When I was 16 I started experimenting with my body. I was naked doing that and got
up to have a shower but keep walking outside to get a towel nude! I then realized I was
nude walking around and it didn't bother me. So from then on I just walked out of the
shower and walked around the house and sat and watched tv. Or even started cooking
nude. My parents didn't seem to mind at all. It was like by starting with just topless and
then moving to nude was not a big deal. I think they just thought I was hoping out of the
shower and couldn't be bothered putting on clothes.
