Brasileiro Specialty Coffees has been present in the region of the Cerrado (in the state of Minas Gerais) since 1977. The region is characterized by well-defined seasons and is ideally suited to the production of top quality coffee.

The advanced crop management techniques employed include irrigation and mechanical harvesting (where applicable). Average yields are relatively high in comparison with other coffee growing regions.

All this technology results in the consistent production of high quality beans. The coffee produced in the Cerrado is a key ingredient in the composition of espresso blends because of its full body and distinctive sweetness.

Over the years, Brasileiro Specialty Coffees has specialized in supplying its customers with the best coffee, the tastiest varietals and the most advanced forms of preparation (both naturals and pulped naturals). As part of its commitment to the environment, the company maintains permanent and legal environmental preservation areas and is implanting other projects to protect nature.

The company’s objective is to produce coffee of the best possible quality, while practicing social and environmental responsibility.
