Bought this jacket and its not bad, although I have a Berghaus and I'd say that one is slightly better quality for money. I do find it very suspicious that the two jackets I read reviews about all had ONLY 5 star reviews? It seems to me that they are manipulating the reviews and only posting the really good ones. My advice is try don't follow reviews to much, rather try the jacket and shop around and see what you fancy most.

Great jacket for so many different activities, including day to day use simply because with the detachable fleece there are not many occasions where you could not wear shell ,fleece or both together.

The North Face Evolution Fleece/Waterproof Jacket Pros: Extremely Warm, Waterproof and Breathable Very Comfortable Smart Looking Jacket Cons: NONE! I bought this jacket from OutdoorKit in October, So far I am extremely pleased with the jacket, It's everything it says on the tin and more! The included Triclimate fleece is lightweight yet extremely warm and comfortable - It's lined in the sleeves for extra warmth. As for the coat itself- As the fleece, It's extremely comfortable and the collar is lined, this is great as it prevents from chaffing from the zip, but also keeps you warm. The zip in system for the fleece works well, keeping the fleece in position when fastened inside the coat. There are 3 points of fastening for the zip in system: loop and prestud at neck, hooks and prestuds in each sleeve and finally the double zip system inside the jacket, the fleece's zips stow in fleecy lined pockets at the neck of the jacket to prevent irritation. This jacket really is superb. Recommended to anyone! As for Outdoor Kit's service, excellent just as expected. I received emails telling me of the jacket's despatch. Very pleasant to deal with.
