Here are the first benchmarks released, these aren't as in-depth as some may like, but they are still a sign of what is to come.

The FX-8120 comes up a little faster than the i5-2500K and the FX-8150 comes up 2% faster than the i7-980x in Dirt 3. Now, both systems are running Crossfire and it does state that the Xfire setup may benefit a little more from the AMD CPU. But overall, looking good!

Original source was http://nl.hardware.info/nieuws/24619/eerste-officiele-benchmarks-amd-fx-processor , it was quietly linked at the bottom of the lenzfire article but never actually mentioned in the article. Also, this is what an AMD employee who is head of marketing for the server division had to say :

JF-AMD said:
If it came from AMD, then there would be some blog at AMD with the results. I haven't seen anything from AMD, just people saying it came from AMD. Something doesn't sound right.

If the results are true, it's rather hard to pull anything from them as both programs used tend to give very sporadic results especially with the multiplicity of ways to configure both of them. With that said IF they are true, it would show bulldozer as a mediocre performer in the handbrake benchmark and the performance king in Dirt 3. My stance, we'll wait and see when we actually get some official benchmarks out.
