Time for Goûtea

A showcase of pâtisserie elegance, Goûtea fuses the French tradition of sweet snacking with the best-of-British afternoon tea. Savoury classics include a chicken mayonnaise croissant, burrata and tomatoes, and a cucumber and tzatziki tart. This season’s sweet edition is a celebration of bold, beautiful berries. Expect in-miniature creations of the strawberry choux fraisier and candy-pink raspberry framboisier, with cloud-like cherry clafoutis hiding a secret croissant base. From savoury to sweet, course by course, it’s a picture-perfect collection.
