UKG Pro WFM System

UKG (formerly known as KRONOS) is our scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance system. Through UKG Pro WFM, Team Members can view and print schedules, view attendance history, view schedule history, and request schedule changes.

UKG users must use their Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the system.


Desktop/Web

Launch UKG Pro WFM on Desktop/Web

To access the web interface for UKG Pro WFM, use the following link:

Mobile

To use a mobile app to access UKG Pro WFM, you will need to download the UKG Pro app from your mobile device's store. View the UKG Pro WFM Mobile App Guide for user instructions and for download links for your Apple or Google device.

View-only access for historical data (prior to February 25, 2024)

Team Members wishing to view historical data for timecards, schedules, and attendance prior to February 25, 2024 may log in to our previous platform, UKG Workforce Central. Note: access to UKG Workforce Central is view-only; going forward, all punches or manual adjustments must be made using UKG Pro WFM.

Trying to sign in with your SSO but get "Account Disabled"?

Your SSO password has expired and needs to be updated!

If you know your existing SSO password, follow this link:

Change SSO Password


Enter your SSO ID and known password in the login screen, then select "Sign In" and follow the instructions. When you've chosen a new password and completed this process, you can go back to the app and try again.


If you don't know your SSO password

You will need to reset your password while you are on property. You can get assistance in the training rooms from 8:00am to 11:00pm on Sunday, February 25 through Sunday, March 2, and from 8:00am to 11:00am on Monday, March 3 in the B114 Common Area.

If you work at an offsite location, please call the Service Desk at 407-224-HELP (4-4357), enter your SSO, and when speaking with the Service Desk Team Member, specify your location for next steps.
