Self-Service Center (ESS)

The electronic Self-Service Center (ESS) provides all current Team Members the ability to:

  • View and print paystubs
  • Sign-up for and view (faster!) electronic W-2’s
  • Make changes to direct deposit*
  • Update personal contact information
  • Print Red Carpet Rate acknowledgments

Note: If you will be using ESS to view your paystub, you will need to disable your browser's pop-up blocker for the site ess.universalorlando.com.

*Terminated/Separated Team Members have display-only access


Newly Hired Team Members (within first 30 days) & Past / Separated Team Members

Team Members who are within their first 30 days of employment and have not been able to register their Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) accounts or Team Members who have left the company may access the Self-Service Center using this link.

Newly hired Team Members can learn about SSO and MFA here.


Current Team Members (beyond first 30 days with registered SSOs)

Team Members who have been able to register their Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) accounts (generally done within the first 30 days of employment) must use those credentials to log in to Self Service Center.

The Now Portal
NBCUniversal Paid Team Members (beyond first 30 days with registered SSOs)

NBCUniversal Team Members who have an SSO that begins with “2” and/or receive a paycheck every other week must use their registered Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to The Now Portal. This site allows NBCU Team Members to access and edit their personal information; view and print paystubs; print W-2’s, change direct deposit and more. The ESS (referenced above) is still accessible for NBCU Team Members based out of Universal Orlando Resort, but is only used for accessing Red Carpet Rate acknowledgements.
*Personal information stored and entered in ESS is limited and not attached to official employment record at NBCU.
