I am locked out of looking at my own pay stubs. This is unbelievable that you can't even look at your own pay stub. I guess the next step is to visit my accounting department. I have tried recovering my password which resulted in my locked out of my user account.

Aggravating. Too much friction and absolutely not user-friendly. Took me months and two visits to my HR department to have access to my online pay stubs. All my colleagues hate it.

This is the most non-user friendly site I have ever been on. My-estub gave me the wrong log in ID when I called them and when I contacted them back they told me I wasn’t in the system. I called my previous work’s payroll and I logged in. Horrible customer service.

Very bad You can't even get your own information. They gave me a temp password, and it still didn't work. It was probably cheap is why my employer hired them. I wouldn't reccommend it to any one It's not worthy of a one star !

Awful.Only site on the internet where you can't retrieve your own info.So just call,right? Wrong.They give you your place in line(#79 and #84 in my 2 attempts. Estimated hold time and your place # are updated every few seconds as elevator music and an automated voice interrupt each other for 30 plus minutes until you are finally notified that you're on deck! And just when you think you're going to hear a human-it's another machine telling you all their operators are busy and to leave your name and number for a call back. Feels like this "site" is being run out of somebodys' basement.If companies are actually paying these people anything,it is literally theft.

Hate this site seriously thinking about quitting my job due to their payroll system! Can't get help with anything customer service workers a rude! And not helpful at all!

This is a terrible website. I wish I was able to get my pay stub any other way but this. My account is always locked and I can not reset my password bc it is locked. Emailed them then get an automatic response saying their email address does not exist. Awful, just simply awful

My access has been denied and locked my payroll department resets but it still does not work I call and am left on hold for 23 minuets and then the call is dropped left several messages on random voice mails and no call back I will probably quit my job to get away from these people.

I have tried for three weeks and have called fla. to get my w2 three times. I cannot get on my e-stub. it always says in valid or locked. u sent me new pass words and it still says the same . please send me my w2. its been too long and iam tired of trying to get on site. I retired march 2014. fro Conway medical center

My username is always locked and when I enter the correct password it tells me it is invalid. Call Customer support and they act as though I am unable to type it...No help at all!!!!

This is an extremely horrible website and company! Made several attempts by phone and email. They had me on hold for 45 mins and then sent me to voicemail....... When it comes to email don't bother. It will just tell you error... I have been locked out of my account and unable to get my pay stub. Hopefully someone from this horrible company will read these reviews and consider doing something with this horrible website and company!
