I purchased the Human Trainer from their online store a little over a week ago, and I had one of the most outstanding customer service ever! My husband and I wanted a suspension trainer and we decided to get one of two other competitors trainer. However, after seeing a video of the Human Trainer online, I went ahead and got the HT, and upon receiving it I was convinced that I made the right choice. Not only was I convinced, my husband was too. The other two trainers that we were looking at are good, but I like this one better for many reasons. I bought the HT Essential Kit, then I bought the Ab Straps and the Versatility Anchors.

The main straps for the trainer are 2 individual traps about 6 ft in length each, but with the added handles which is approx 10.5 ins each and the Versatility Anchor which is approx 3.5ft, that takes each main strap over 9ft. There are 2 Versatility Anchors in each package because there are 2 main straps. However, the HT can also be transformed into one strap by either attaching one VA to both straps or attaching the straps together at the snap rings or depending on your desired length, wherever you chose to make the attachment.

When I get up in the mornings between 4:30 and 5am to do my exercises before work, I don't have time to waist measuring and adjusting the trainer belt. With the HT I can easily attach number of handles I want to use for my workout to any of the 5 "D" rings on each main strap and/or at the end of the straps and use them accordingly. The main straps are doubled for strength and durability. I have used the HT for dips and pull-ups with ease. The handles are easy on the hands, and I like that when I am doing my dips the handles do not roll around the strap. They are also very sturdy. The Ab Straps are another compliment to the Human Trainer. It is consistent with the well built quality of the HM, and I have no complaints at the moment. The possibilities are endless with this equipment. I started noticing improvements in my core strength no time.

The Human Trainer customer service was outstanding! I spoke to a gentleman in customer service and I will only use his initials here as MP, who was very courteous and gave a wonderful shopping experience. if only I had the money, I would surely buy another trainer, because my husband and I are competing to use this one. Like I said before, it is very sturdy and user friendly. I highly recommend the HT suspension trainer. The workout DVD takes you through many different exercises at different levels (beginners, intermediate and advance) at 7 min each. Then there are four separate 4 min sessions to work on different body parts. The workout on the DVD is very good. I just want to note the I only watched the workout DVD once because I have had the trainer over a week. There is a narrator guiding you along on the DVD and at the corner of your TV screen you will get to preview the next workout you will be doing so you can prepare for the change. I also like the music that goes along with the workout. It's worth every cent.

THANKS HUMAN TRAINER FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!!!!! 10-STARS!!!!!!!!!!

I have always belonged to a gym since the age of 16 and for most of that time, I focused on barbell and dumbbell exercises except for doing dips and pull ups. Most recently I have started doing body weight exercises (Your Body is Your Gym) and was amazed how much I could accomplish without having to use weights. I just joined a new gym and the first thing I noticed were the Human Trainer straps hanging from the ceiling. I had never seen them before so grabbed the instruction book and started to do a few of the exercises. I am now hooked. It's amazingly simple but so effective. You can basically work all of your body parts simply by utilizing two hanging straps (and several handle/pulley changes). What I really like about it is once you are approaching muscle fatigue, you just change your body angle and can continue the reps as opposed to weights where you either have to change dumb bells or remove plates. I have a bad lower back and my physical therapist advocates doing exercises while being off balance (on balance boards or balls or one legged) to incorporate core muscles and the Human Trainer addresses this as well.

So I love the way strengh training has evolved since I started working out over 35 years ago where a workout usually consisted of the bench press, squats, BB curls etc.... Now a workout includes aids such as balance balls and boards, foam rollers and now the Human Trainer. One of those ideas that has me asking why didn't I think of that.

I've been trying to improve my build for months now with diet and weigh training at my local gym with no success. At the recommendation of a friend I bought this kit and I couldn't be more pleased. This kit has given me results that I couldn't achieve with months of intense weight training and dieting in less than a month. The kit includes a great DVD that gives you advice on how to tone every muscle in your body using the included equipment. The DVD is easy to follow and I felt very comfortable with the program after watching it a single time. My friends at the gym could tell I was better toned within a month after I started the program and now I have finally reached my ideal muscle tone thanks to this set I highly recommend this exercise kit to anyone who wants to gain greater muscle tone, lose weight, or simply get a great workout. A+
