Hi – I’m on an old version of the theme (2.3) and it’s incompatible with PHP 8 – But looking at the comments I’m not confident you are still looking after the theme, so I don’t want to buy the licence for the newer version. Can you reassure me? Is V 2.8 compatible with PHP 8?

My provider disabled PHP 7.4 and now Website is broken. Newest version 2.8.5 is used. Is there an issue with PHP8.0/8.1?
When I tried updating from PHP 7.4 to 8.0 my site broke until I changed the theme or reverted the php version. I really loved this setup. Will there an update soon?

This theme has been great for years, so thank you. I can’t find any documentation on the Portfolio “Format” options. I am just trying to have a full page portfolio item without a photo slider, but it seems like the “Format” options don’t change this at all. Any links to how this is done?
Hi, There’re not such an option. Portfolio items don’t have option to disable slider. Only options are to replace slider with list of images, or to have to images per slide (good for portrait oriented images)
Tried to update from very old version 1.9.2 to the latest version 2.8. Everything broke, the logo and style settings all went missing, and I got errors like this:

Yes, there are few issues, but I think it can be fixed in few minutes. Included contact form is not working anymore, but Contact Form 7 default form is compatible with our design and more safe than our version of contact form. Actually I see the update just came out, I extended my support license but Ticksy still says that I am not supported and won’t let me submit my ticket.

The devs of Wpforo have located issues with this theme keeping the forum from working. Cannot create a topic. I have their notes. Can you fix? I emailed but you told me to come here. Paid user though far back when purchased.

Is there a “How To” anywhere on updating from an older version, we are on about v2.4 I think but we need to update as some things are not working now – like the instagram widget for example?
...further to this post, I made some progress with the update, broke lots of things and now have a lot of errors related to the custom fields plugin – is this common?

I’ve tried updating the theme through both Cpanel and WP Dashboard and have received errors both ways.
WP Dashboard shows that destination folder already exists. Then I went to Cpanel to replace the old version folder and the error is gives is “is a directory.” Are we supposed to completely delete the old version to upload the new one? I currently have the child activated, does that need to be replaced also?

Hi Brankic – Great to see your update and theme back online. Just a quick question. when we update the theme the styles seem to disappear and the slider reduces in size and assigns to the left with a small widget appearing to the right of the slider. Any ideas why this may be happening as we don’t really have custom styles in CSS. Cheers

I guess we didn’t expect that as its simply replacing the theme folder. If we then go to the page that’s not displaying correctly (which is them all) choose sidebar > default then publish / then select sidebar > no sidebar > publish it works. Just incase anyone experiences the same.

Only Flickr photostream is working. Instagram, Dribbble and Pinterest have changed their API, so our script is not working anymore
