S-A-F-E (Sexual Assault Fundamental Escapes Course) is a FUN approach to being SERIOUSLY Prepared! This specialized women's self defense program is designed and taught by retired Master Sergeant and Special Forces Combat Veteran, Randy McElwee. SAFE is created for women of all ages and fitness levels. This program uses many principles of Integrated Reality Combatives, Adrenaline Innoculation Training, Kubuton Self Defense KeyChain, and has been modified for women and the most common attacks inflicted upon them.
