I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years and am often given a beautiful room. However, this most recent stay was a bit dated. The window was missing a set of curtains, the chair in my room was stained, our bedding wasn’t properly tucked in all the way, and our bathroom shower had mold growing in between tiles.
I booked a stay with my wife for her birthday which I had noted on the reservation and when I called to make sure I had the Tonga all night package. When we arrived to the hotel and checked in, the birthday was not acknowledged. When we arrived at the Tonga lounge they did not have are reservation nor were they aware we were celebrating her birthday. We were sited at a good table. The service was horrible, are server had an attitude the whole time. We finally asked for our bill from her and it took 45 minutes to get it, we also talked to the manager about it. We were so looking forward to being there to celebrate a special day and it made us regret going there. I wish we could of had a better experience. At no time did the manager offer to make the situation better, all he said is that he would talk to her. I hope that not everyone is treated this way when they are celebrating a special day.
From the valet to our in room service, our stay was pure happiness! Such kind and helpful staff! Standouts? William, Andreas, Cameron, Jason and Charlotte and Sem!! We'll be back soon!😁😁😁😁😁😁

Check in was fine, but there was only one person at the desk. Shout out to Semuel for helping me. He had to handle a patron who was before me and she took 15 minutes for her high maintenance transaction. Semuel upgraded my room and apologized for the wait. The room was nice, clean, and worth the price.
Room = 10/10 Public bathrooms = 0/10 Service post checkout = 5/10 Great room/overall stay. After storing luggage there on my checkout day, I wanted to change for my red eye but had a hard time getting bathroom facilities. The lobby bathroom had been designated a bathroom for a children’s performance and was overrun my young children, so I was told to go to the mezzanine, but those bathrooms were closed to the public. After 10 minutes of getting the runaround, I finally found bathrooms near the Tonga room myself. Also had a hard time getting my folio at checkout. I was told it would be emailed, but never was, even after confirming my email address in person. Later, when I emailed to request it again, it took 2 more attempts before it was finally sent. Overall stay was a 10, but the service was sadly lacking.
The staff were fabulous from beginning to end
The suite we paid a crazy rate for smelled like weed. The double bed portion of the suite wasn’t ready until after 4:00. The hot water in that part of the suite was warm barely turned all the way too hot. The food was over the top expensive and the bar closed at 10:00

Three nights. Tower double queen room. Loved the tiki bar and lobby restaurant.
