Barista courses
In 2024 I will again be offering my highly valued barista courses, which will take place at the Espresso TV Studio in Lindau.
In my courses you will gain comprehensive knowledge of how to use the espresso portafilter machine. From choosing the perfect roast to precisely adjusting the grinder to preparing flawless espresso – you will learn all of this with me. Of course, we will also conjure up a delicious cappuccino with perfect milk foam together.
Each participant organizes their own travel and hotel accommodation. However, if desired, I am happy to provide helpful tips.
The daily flat rate for this unique course is 150 to 250 euros per person and also includes a tasty lunch.

Introduction to the world of espresso and espresso machines.
What we want to show is how different espressomachines work in combination with espresso grinders, accessories etc..
Sometimes we visit espresso machine manufacturers or exhibitions like the HOST, sometimes we do the videos in our studio.
BARISTA TOUR
In 2023 I will be offering my popular barista courses again.
The courses take place in the Espresso TV Studio in Lindau.
You will learn how to use the espresso portafilter machine with me; from choosing the right roast, to the optimal setting of the grinder, to preparing the perfect espresso.
Of course we will also conjure up a delicious cappuccino with milk froth.
Daily rate: 150 – 250 euros per person (lunch is included).
