About me
Luizinho Mazzei has been in the music industry for over 25 years, specializing in music production and sound engineering. He began his career in 1993 at Mosh Studios in São Paulo-Brazil.
Having worked on various albums that went on to achieve gold, platinum and diamond certifications, Mazzei has also received numerous Grammy nominations and winners, achieving success through involvement in innovative projects.
Presently, Mazzei works on a large part of his mixing from home, utilizing personally owned state of the art equipment, comparable in quality to the equipment used in top studios around the world.
Mazzei believes that unique work requires distinct procedures, which is one of the reasons personalized and differentiated attention to every customer is one of his strong points. His ability to work in any musical style helps him to adapt to and provide for his various customers’ needs.
Mazzei is also a member of the following entertainment related associations: SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers), NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences), member voting of the LARAS (Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences), AES (Audio Engineering Society) and ABPA (Associação Brasileira dos Profissionais de Áudio).
