Anonymous asked: I seem to have persistent shows that I can't remove from my "All My Follows". Is there any way to remove all user account data or reset the watch list that I have? By manually removing all my follows there are still some episodes that do not go away. Thank you

If anyone wants to do this, please contact me (taiga.anime@gmail.com)

Anonymous asked: Hello, is anyone there anymore? Something seems severely broken with my RSS feed. Old things have been adding seemingly at random, other things get marked as read without ever having been… it's a mess. Halp!

There shouldn’t be anything wrong… if anyone is having any similar issues with their RSS, please comment here, or better yet post it over at https://bitbucket.org/shanaproject/shana-project/issues

For some reason tumblr stopped sending me messages and comments… so apologies to all the ones I’ve missed… I’ll try to respond where I can.

In other news, a show this season has 01A and 01B as the first two releases… we’re going to work around this by mapping the B release to a .1 release… so 01A and 01B will be 1 and 1.1 respectively. Hopefully this works =)

*edit* I won’t answer any old messages that are no longer relevant (like “Why aren’t Horrible Subs appearing on SP?” - solved)

A special Valentines gift from us to you!

Enjoy having your files go to folders based on the title, but not too keen on the season folders? Configure it all yourself!

If you’re using our Deluge RSS plugin then simply head to our settings page and configure how you want it to sort your anime!

One thing we’ve always wanted was for our files to end up in folders based on the season and the title of the anime. For years we’ve wondered about how to do it; and for years we’ve come to the same conclusion: That it isn’t possible with uTorrent.

Well. It’s now 2015, and uTorrent (unless you use an old version) is an ad-ware infested piece of crap. So we thought, for Shana Project’s 4th birthday, why not achieve that goal for a different torrent client?

So - Today we’re added instructions for setting up your RSS feed in Deluge. And if you use our custom RSS feed plugin (which can be downloaded from that page) then Deluge will automagically put your anime in folders based on the season and title of the anime.

How exciting!

orvid asked: Alright, so, it appears that someone has decided to be a pain. Shana Project still fetches HorribleSubs releases from tokyoshoto, but it appears that it doesn't account for whether or not it's actually an authorized uploader or not. These two things in combination have caused Cross Ange 18, and Aldnoah Zero 16.5 to show up in our feeds under HorribleSubs, but all 6 torrents (SD, 720 & 1080p) are dead. These are not actual HorribleSubs releases, and should not be showing up in our feeds.

I’ve deleted the offending torrents… hopefully that will solve it. If it happens again, please let us know and we’ll try to block it based on the comment they were using.

Anonymous asked: IDOLM@STER by Chibiki doesn't seem to update properly as I've seen the release on Nyaa but not on my RSS feed yet.

I’ve added Chibiki to the list of groups to scrape from Nyaa.

Thanks for the heads up.

Anonymous asked: Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata releases seem to be showing up under "Saekano", which isn't linked to the main show entry. Just a heads-up!

Thanks for the heads up. We’ve merged this in.

Anonymous asked: What's happening with some-stuffs subs for Jojo? They aren't showing up in searches.

If they aren’t submitted to Tosho, we don’t index them. Who are “some-stuffs” and should we be grabbing their releases from somewhere?

orvid asked: Just a heads up to those following the second season of Aldnoah.Zero, HorribleSubs and Commie are both releasing it as a direct continuation of the first season, so, unless things have changed since last season, you'll have to follow the original series starting at the new episode 13. (which is episode 1 of the second season)

Good advice! This happens from time to time, so be sure to follow the right thing depending on your subber.
